ALOUETTE SPINACH & ARTICHOKE SPRING ROLL
INGREDIENTS - 1 person
- 1 puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of plain crumble Montrachet cheese
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- Diced ham
- Salt and pepper remove to taste
STEP 1 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
STEP 2 - Unroll the puff pastry in a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork.
STEP 3 - Evenly spread some Chavrie pyramid over the dough. Set aside.
