Crème de Brie Mushroom & Prosciutto Pizza
INGREDIENTS
140g/5oz. alouette Crème de Brie
567g/20oz 14″ Pizza dough crust
84g/2 Portobello Mushrooms (grilled)
10g/3oz Sliced Prosciutto
10g/1 Tbs. fresh sage leaves (julienne)
Pre heat oven to 500°F
Shape dough into desired dimensions (about 14 inch)
Spread alouette Crème De Brie over prepared dough
Slice mushrooms and arrange on alouette Crème de Brie
Add sliced Prosciutto and sage
Bake at 500 °F for 12-14 minutes
Let rest 5-8 minutes before cutting into sections and serving
