Margarita White Pizza

INGREDIENTS

454g/16oz Pizza dough

225g/8oz Smithfield Pourable

150g/5 each Plum tomatoes (sliced)

20g/10 leaves Basil (chiffonade)

45g/1.5oz Pesto pine nuts (optional)

Pre-heat oven w/pizza stone to 425˚F (218 C)

Stretch, knead and form the dough into shape, let rest

Pour and spread Smithfield Pourable onto prepared dough

Arrange sliced tomatoes on top of cream cheese

Using pizza peel slide the pizza on the stone in the oven

Bake 10 -15 minutes until pizza is bubbly and brown

Remove from oven and drizzle pesto liberally over the pizza

Garnish the pizza with the chiffonade of basil and pine nuts (optional)
