Jalapeno Popper Pizza
INGREDIENTS
9 oz.- Smithfield Pourable Cream Cheese
1 – 16 oz. pre -made pizza dough
4 oz. cooked bacon (12 oz. uncooked)
2 oz. sliced jalapeno’s
2 oz. grated Cheddar Cheese
2 oz. Pizza cheese
1-1/2 oz. Panko breadcrumbs
Pre -heat oven 500˚F
Roll out the dough to desired thickness
Evenly spread Smithfield Pourable cream cheese over surface
Evenly distribute bacon & jalapeno slices over top of cream cheese
Top with grated cheddar cheese
Place in oven 8 minutes, the cheeses will be well melted and bubbling on the edges
While the pizza is still in the oven, sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the top and bake for an additional 2 minutes until crumbs are golden brown
Remove from oven and serve
