Penne alla Vodka Pizza

INGREIDENTS

226g/4oz Smithfield Pourable

567g/20oz 14″ Pizza dough

226g/40z Tomato Sauce

56g/2oz Vodka

140g/5oz Penne pasta (before blanching)

84g/3oz Parmesan cheese (grated)

56g/2oz garlic butter

fresh basil for garnish

Pre heat oven to 500°F

Shape dough into desired dimensions (about 14 inch)

Blend Pourable Cream cheese with tomato sauce and Vodka

Add cooked Penne to sauce mixture 

Brush prepared dough with garlic butter

Evenly spread pasta mixture to cover dough 

Top with grated Parmesan 

Bake at 500 °F for 12-14 minutes

Garnish with fresh basil
