MONTRACHET QUICHE

INGREDIENTS - 1 person

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup of plain crumble Montrachet cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Diced ham
  • Salt and pepper remove to taste

STEP 1 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.

STEP 2 - Unroll the puff pastry in a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork.

STEP 3 - Evenly spread some Chavrie pyramid over the dough. Set aside.

STEP 4 - Beat the eggs and the cream in a bowl. Add ham, salt and pepper remove to taste and mix.

STEP 5 - Pour over the cheese in the pan.

STEP 6 - Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the quiche for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

STEP 7 - Serve warm with a seasonal green salad.
